[ His brows raise just a little at that, even as he immediately feels the problems in the little bot again, faster this time like muscle memory. But his brother wants to test something and he's got more experience here than he does so it's all him. ]

Okay, you got it.

[ Okay. Deep breath. He's not going to hurt his brother - he's going to test this so he won't accidentally hurt him in the future. While still keeping the bot in physical contact, he forces it to stand up and slowly wiggle its arms. ]

Can you feel that?

[ He lets Hiro do this thing, watches the mini and just feels with it. Slowly nods. ]

A little? Like... [ What's the best way to describe it? He lets himself feel it a little more. ] Like taking a stick or a pencil and rubbing it against something? Still feel it but it's distant.

[ Hiro sags a bit with relief. So in that case, he can probably try disassembling a bit. ]

How about this?

[ Again, moving slowly, he mentally apologizes to the minibot and detaches one of its arms. ]

[ He tenses for all of a split second and then ... nothing? He still only feels the bits in his hands. Tadashi shakes his head. He definitely felt something pull, the armature coming apart but. Best not to scare lil bro with that. ]

Nope. Still just what's in my hands, so I think you're good.

[ He specifically asked for your feedback, jeez. But since he was too busy concentrating on the bot to notice Tadashi's tensing, he relaxes in relief at that. Popping the minibot's arm back in neatly before relinquishing control again. ]

... Good. I don't want to accidentally hurt you if I disassemble something you're holding onto.

[ Since when has Hiro been that concerned about Tadashi being hurt? The kid never really gave much thought to consequences before, other than the immediate ones. ]

[ It's definitely a change of thinking, but Tadashi's chalking it up to having been here a month and had different experiences. He thumbs over the mini's face thoughtfully for a minute, then smiles back at him. ]

Just in case, how about I just hand you whatever you want to disassemble.

[ You know. For your own peace of mind, bro, and certainly not Tadashi's want to not test this theory further. ]

[ More relief at that. Definitely much better to never have to test this ever. ]

[ He grins at that. ]

You have to admit, mine is flashier. I could defend myself in a fight.

Flashier, sure, but hopefully you don't have to do that.

[ Good news, Hiro, now that he knows this, he's not no real desire to look at that file! Mission accomplished. ]

[ Phew. Good thing that Tadashi doesn't have any other powers that might trip him up, right? ]

Well ... not without preparation. I've got some ideas on how to incorporate it into a powered suit.

[ Yes, indeed. He wouldn't have just mentioned that otherwise. ]

I haven't experienced any of that back home yet. [ Runs a hand down his face before just Looking at him. ]

But I can't stop you, so. [ I can't let you go alone echoes back in his mind and he smiles a little. ]

[ That makes him feel a little bad. You never will is the right answer here, but like hell Hiro's going to say that. And to be honest, he's torn between the thought of superheroing with his brother and his brother just staying home and being safe. ]

I'll make armor for both of us. Then you can decide what you wanna do.

[ And if he never quite finishes Tadashi's set? Well, that's fine too. ]

What colors were mine?

[ Oh. Gosh. He can't take too long answering that question, so he blurts out the first two that come to mind. ]

Red and white.

[tadeadshi]

[ He had to ask because he frickin knows you little bro and he knows you'd color code them all if given the chance. Nerd. ]

Not bad.

[ Well yes. Of course. ]

I'm indigo and red. [ His favorite colors. ] Baymax is the same, just reversed. Uh, Honey Lemon is pink, Wasabi's green, Gogo's yellow, and Fred's in a blue lizard suit.

[ He stares deadeyes at him. ]

You made it firebreathing, didn't you.

[ Ahaha. What gave you that impression? ]

In my defense, it was the least ridiculous thing he wanted.

[ Still. That's dangerous, giving Fred firepower. ]

[ Hiro probably has a kill switch in his suit somewhere, let's face it. He ducks his head, trying not to look too pleased. But - well, Tadashi's approval still feels pretty good. He wasn't 100% sure how his brother would react to superheroing. ]

Yeah. I mean, we didn't set out to be superheroes, but I think we're doing a lot of good anyway.

I'm sure we are.

[ Okay but did Hiro plan for Tadashi's ultra beaming proud smile at him? Sure, superheroes is kinda gimicky and flashy and not much Tadashi's thing but if it means Hiro's using his smarts for something good, then he's happy to go with it. ]

Oh-- One other thing I was gonna ask you about. Ruka said you don't use our family name on that network, so I'm guessing you want me to keep that up?
