he's an import so if he's in housing for us he's gotta be registered. so probably not registered. can't use the porters either.

He's at least been using the houses that burned down as a base of operations. Burning everything is a great way to get rid of potential DNA evidence. So he's at least not stupid, and he's familiar with how modern forensics work.

Or he has trouble controlling that power and it was accidental, but that's less likely.

it's more common than you think. i know of at least two guys who have issues with it.

I'm sure it's not your brother, or the victim. Just because you have difficulty controlling something, it doesn't make you a bad person.

Prosper likely qualifies as a serial killer under some definitions; he's certainly killed many times. But statistically, it's extremely unlikely anyone's given brother is a serial killer.]

It's fine, I was just checking. Give me a few minutes. That does seem like a suspicious coincidence with the fires in Heropa, though.
